Terms of Service

1. The service

VertaFlow is a multi-tenant CRM operated by Designed by Anthony (Rome, NY, USA). These terms govern your use of vertaflow.io, app.vertaflow.io (the application), and api.vertaflow.io (the API). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

• • You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account.
• • You must provide accurate information and keep it current.
• • You must be authorized to enter any business or customer data you upload.

3. Plans, trials & billing

• • Free trial: 30 days with no card, or 60 days with a card on file. After the trial, paid plans bill on the cycle you selected (monthly or annual) via Stripe.
• • Seats and add-ons are billed as shown at checkout. The base price you sign up at is the base price you continue to pay unless we notify you of a change in advance.
• • You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing; cancellation stops future charges. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
• • Taxes may apply based on your location.

4. Your data & ownership

You own the data you put into VertaFlow. We process it only to provide the service. You can export all of it any time as CSV or a full database dump (Settings → Data).

After cancellation your workspace is read-only for 30 days, then deleted. See our Privacy Policy for detail.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• • Use the service for unlawful purposes, spam, or to store data you are not authorized to hold.
• • Attempt to access another tenant’s data, probe security without prior written authorization (responsible disclosure to anthony@designedbyanthony.com is always welcome and never prosecuted), or disrupt the service.
• • Resell or white-label the service except under a plan that explicitly permits it.
• • Exceed documented API rate limits or circumvent usage controls.

6. Availability & support

We work to keep the service available but provide it on an "as-is" / "as-available" basis without an uptime guarantee, except where a written SLA is agreed (Enterprise). Support is by email at anthony@designedbyanthony.com; response targets vary by plan.

7. Warranty disclaimer & liability

The service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes & termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here and, for account holders, emailed. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
