How does it know my pricing?
It reads your VertaFlow pricing tables directly. No re-entering data, no Zapier glue. When you update prices in VertaFlow, the chat answer updates the same minute.
What if the AI says something wrong?
Every answer is grounded in your KB and cites the source page. The bot self-evaluates its confidence on each turn — low confidence auto-escalates to a human (you). We log every conversation in your CRM so you can review, correct, and train.
Can I export my conversations?
Yes — all conversations are stored in Postgres in your tenant's Neon DB. Export to CSV, query via SQL, or pipe to your analytics stack. Same data ownership posture as the rest of VertaFlow.
